Exchanges and Returns

We gladly accept exchanges and/or returns within 14 days of shipping on select items only. Please check items description for eligibility.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

All exchanges must be submitted by the purchaser.

 

To start an exchange, contact us at info@greek-ish.com and we will send you an exchange form to complete. Please note all exchanges shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined the item is damaged due to our negligence.

 

Once the returned item is received, we will ship your exchanged item(s). A confirmation email will be sent.

Once we receive your return, a refund (minus the original shipping fees) will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original form of payment used to place the order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund/exchange is processed.

 

We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels. Please use the carrier of your choice to ship your items to us. We are not held liable for packages lost enroute to us, therefore it is recommended to obtain a tracking number for your shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and hosiery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
